According to USPS, please allow 30 business days before filing a claim for a lost package, or 40 days for international. Please wait the full time before reaching out about a lost package. Shipping times vary due to COVID, so please prepare for that when ordering. Customers are required to file a claim for their missing package using the tracking number provided.
If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
We do not accept exchanges or returns. If any products arrive damaged, or break within one week of purchase we will send a replacement.
